In honor of Veterans Day, the Human Resources Department at the University of Mount Olive paid tribute to the service men and women who are currently employed at UMO. Meza-Romero, Laurie Evans, Joyce Devonshire, Paul Rutter, Ron Daye, Ann Marie Majeskey, and Lee Bennett. Not pictured were: David Bourgeois, Robert Fisher, Bill Ford, Bob Murray, and Jerry Sheppard. The veterans were treated to lunch and received a token of appreciation.
“It is with great pleasure to take a moment to remember the sacrifices of the brave men and women who have valiantly fought to make America’s armed forces the most respected in the world,” said Human Resources Director Cordelia Wilcox. “UMO will continue this practice every year to show appreciation to our Veterans who sacrificed so much so we can live free.”
