Adult Degree Programs - B.S. in Business Administration: Healthcare Management

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The health care industry employs hundreds of thousands of individuals nationwide, and is acclaimed as one of the fastest growing industries in America. Those in health care management or health care administration are responsible for coordinating and organizing the financing and delivery of health care, and assist in the management of health care facilities. Often, this includes assessing the need for services, equipment, and personnel, making recommendations regarding the expansion or curtailment of services, and establishing new or auxiliary facilities. Health care managers may also oversee compliance with government agencies and regulations.
